Our 50th Annual Woman of the Year Banquet was held on April 27, 2016, at the Sanctuary Inn.  For the first time in recent memory we had a sold out crowd, which only showed how deserving this year's recipient of the award was.  And we couldn't have asked for a better night celebrating our 50th Annual Woman of the Year, Kathie Hoppe

Kathie's family, friends, and fans filled the room with love and enthusiasm. Miss Michigan Emily Kieliszewski, our keynote speaker, gave a moving, inspirational speech highlighting adoption and mental illness. Finally, Kathie Hoppe took the stage to express how much giving to others in her capacity at Friends Together has added to her life. Thank you, Kathie, for all you do and for being a fantastic new Woman of the Year!
